01 / HOW IT WORKS
PLC → VPN router → dashboard.
The PLC in the field (Delta or any Modbus device) remains connected via Teltonika router: the server sees the plant as if it were on LAN, without opening ports on your firewall. Web dashboard with overview view, direct commands on valves and utilities, reading history.
02 / WHERE IT IS USED
Foundries, refrigeration cells, boilers.
Three domains with the same schema: valves + probes + logic on PLC. HACCP refrigeration cells with temperature history, pumping plants with autoclave logic, free cooling with day/night cycles.
03 / ALARMS
Notify before it becomes a plant shutdown.
Configurable thresholds for tags, instant notification on Telegram to the responsible person. Integrated with CentralinoBot: same alarm, also as a voice call if needed.
04 / PROTOCOLS
Modbus TCP/RTU, generic for tags.
Drivers already ready for Modbus, reads and writes on any register/coil map. No need to rewrite logic for every plant: configure the tags, the engine is the same.
05 / DATA
One instance per plant, exportable data.
Each client has their own isolated instance. History stored in a dedicated database, exportable at any time. No proprietary format restrictions.
